Always the best experience and my go-to spot for haircuts! Janessa and her staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and take the time to understand my style and hair needs. I always leave my appointment looking and feeling great!

Fantastic haircuts and service at Groom House. Conveniently located and open during the day and after work. Ask for Vicky! Have been coming to Vicky for my haircuts since I moved to the city years ago and have never had a bad experience.

As a first time client at the Groom House I must admit I was a bit nervous. But I was pleasantly surprised by the capable hands and skills of the very talented Vicki !! She not only put me at ease but Vicki made me feel quite confident I would receive an expert treatment!! Vicki’s laidback style together with her desire to deliver excellent service has ensured that this client will be a regular!!! And I almost forgot to mention Alice who delivered a vigorous scalp treatment and shampoo that almost put me to sleep !!!

Best haircut exp of my life. 10/10 recommendation

Jeremy & Vilma were awesome.

Jeremy treated the haircut like his personal masterpiece. It was great

I’d never been to a salon that cared this much about their clients.

The Groom House is always a great experience. The studio is clean, warm, and inviting, and everyone on the team is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The included head massage and wash treatment are such a nice touch and make every visit feel a little more relaxing and elevated.

A special shoutout to Natasha, who always does an amazing job. Her attention to detail, personality, and ability to personalize each cut to exactly what I’m looking for keep me coming back. Highly recommend The Groom House!
