We value your time and our stylists' time. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before your appointment.
- All appointments require a 50% deposit.
- Cancellations must be made at least four hours before the appointment.
- If an appointment is canceled late or the client does not attend, the deposit will be forfeited.
- After one late cancellation or no-show, future appointments require a 100% deposit.
Your deposit is applied to your service total at checkout. If you cancel late or do not attend, the deposit you paid for that appointment is forfeited, there is no separate service fee.
