At Groom House we value your time as well as our stylists. For that reason we have a running-late and cancellation policy we enforce and ask you to respect. We appreciate your compliance and understanding.
- Appointments can be cancelled without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
- If you cancel your appointment less than the 2-hour notice per this policy; it is considered a "Late Cancellation" and is subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
- If you do not contact the business to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 2-hours notice and/or No-Show for your appointment; you are subject to the fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
- Arriving 10 minutes or more late will have a $15 fee added automatically to your service.
- Late appointment arrivals impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).
- As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages will no omit you from our cancellation policy.
- To ensure a full experience, please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment time.
- Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted. Including a 3% processing fee for paying with a credit card.
